We provide independent clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals. Supervision can be provided individually or in a group setting and covers a broad range of topics depending on your needs.

Tier 1 is for unlicensed mental health professionals who want to gain hours toward their clinical licensure. This level of supervision is for clinicians looking to develop their clinical skills, discover their therapeutic style and approach, and solidify their knowledge of clinical methodology, ethics, and professional mandates. We also provide exam preparation and career guidance.

Tier 2 is for licensed mental health professionals who want to refine their therapeutic style and further develop their clinical skills. It is often focused on helping clinicians better identify and articulate the reasons for their intuitive decisions and reactions. We also explore possible career paths including direct clinical work, program development, and starting a private practice.

Tier 3 is for mental health professionals in leadership positions. This level covers common leadership themes including identifying your leadership style, understanding the role of hierarchy in the supervisory relationship, and transitioning from direct provider to clinical leader. Systemic considerations and challenges are also common at this level as leaders reflect upon program expansion and development, staff retention and morale, management team dynamics, and managing “up” to higher-level managers, stakeholders, and agency owners.

School Social Work supervision includes any topics from the above tiers but adds a specialized focus on school social work. At this level, you are supervised by a clinician who holds a Professional Educator License (PEL). Common themes include clinical work within an educational system, navigating complex multidisciplinary relationships, balancing multiple—and often competing—demands, and developing IEPs and school programs to best address student needs.
